Eurovib Inertia Bases are selected as standard to an Inertia Ratio of not less than 1.5:1 (the base mass is not less than 1.5 x the pump mass).
There are several reasons for using an inertia base:
Eurovib produce inertia base in two standard formats as follows:
A fully assembled pouring frame constructed from rolled steel and fully welded. Delivered complete and can be used with any of the standard range of spring or neoprene isolators. Standard finish is two coats Red Oxide.
A flat pack pouring frame for site assembly for ease of transportation and therefore makes it the right choice where access is limited. This frame is manufactured from formed sheet steel with rolled steel corner brackets. It can be used with any of the standard range of spring or neoprene isolators. Standard finish is two coats Red Oxide corners and galvanized sheet for the side rails.
